How to Apply

There are a few important and necessary steps prior to departure.

The first step is to express your desire to be sent on mission for one or two years. This is done by sending us a motivation letter (in which you explain why you want to work specifically with Fidesco) and your resume.  You can send us your motivation letter and resume by clicking here.

The second step is to explore. If selected as a candidate, you will receive an invitation to a discovery day or weekend, where you will receive information which will help you to further discern your desire to go on mission. During a first interview we will discuss your talents, training, work experience, motivation and expectations.

The third step is to join the formation program. If both Fidesco and the candidate decide to continue the discernment process, the next step is an introduction to the practical, social and spiritual aspects of mission and further acquaintance and training.
